Whitney Recovery Solutions does not participate directly with insurance plans or bill insurance.
Upon request, Teresa can provide a superbill containing the provider, diagnosis, billing, service-date, and payment information commonly requested for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Eligibility and reimbursement are determined by your insurance plan and cannot be guaranteed. Contact your insurer before beginning services to confirm your specific out-of-network mental-health benefits.
Appointment policy

24-hour notice
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged the full session fee.
Emergencies
Unexpected emergencies and illnesses happen. When appropriate, cancellation fees may be waived at Teresa's discretion.
Late arrivals
A late session will still end at the scheduled time so the next client's appointment can begin as planned. The full session fee remains due.
Preparation & integration
These sessions may require additional planning around important events. Please make every effort to provide at least 24 hours' notice when rescheduling.
Telehealth
Virtual appointments follow the same cancellation policy as in-person appointments.
