It is not a patient portal, emergency service, or substitute for Teresa's clinical privacy documents.
Communication safety
Email, phone, and ordinary text messages may not be encrypted. Please avoid sending diagnoses, treatment history, legal records, substance use details, or other sensitive clinical information before Teresa provides an appropriate way to share it.
Using the inquiry page prepares an email in your own email app. The website itself does not store the answers you enter.
Scheduling
The scheduling window is provided by Cal.com. Information entered there is handled by Cal.com under its own privacy practices and by Whitney Recovery Solutions for scheduling and follow-up.

Whitney Recovery Solutions does not currently use advertising cookies or behavioral analytics on this website. The hosting provider may process basic technical information, such as IP address, browser details, and request logs, to deliver and protect the site.
Clinical privacy
If you become a client or complete an evaluation, Teresa will provide the notices, consent forms, and confidentiality information that apply to that service. Those documents—not this page—govern the professional relationship.
Accessibility
The site supports keyboard navigation, visible focus, reduced-motion preferences, readable contrast, and responsive layouts. If any part is difficult to use, or if phone is not your preferred way to communicate, email Teresa or include a general accessibility request on the inquiry page.
